1. By submitting my contact details here, I override my NDNC registration and authorise/give express consent to LKP Securities Limited ("LKP") to open my Trading and Demat account online and also authorise LKP representatives to contact me via call, SMS, Email, and WhatsApp even for new products as well. I allow LKP to send OTP on my mobile number/email id for account opening.

2. I/We also instruct LKP to download information available from KRA/CKYC also to receive each and every credit and to accept all the pledge instructions in my/our account without any further instruction.

3. I am/We are also aware that for Aadhaar OVD based KYC, my KYC request shall be validated against Aadhaar details.

4. I/We agree to receive Contract Notes, Margin Statements, Weekly Ledger Statements, Quarterly/Monthly Retention Statements, Annual Global Statements and any other statements or communications as required under applicable laws, rules, regulations in electronic mode.

5. I agree that LKP may appoint Authorised Person or other agents for carrying out the acts mentioned in or in relation to rendering its services and for this purpose give my consent to share my account related information to the Authorised Person or agents for providing the services availed to me.

6. I further authorise LKP to disclose to any person or entity including but not limited to any third parties or any entities, whether within or outside India any information and data relating to me or my trading and demat account, for the purposes of or in connection with, any present or proposed initiatives, including but not limited to any marketing or cross sell initiatives, business proposals, facilities or services availed of or to be availed, by me in future.

7. I agree to LKP’s Terms and Conditions and authorise LKP to disclose my information to any person/entity or to any broker's Association or organisations in case of dispute to take informed decisions, as required under the law.

8. The client agrees that LKP may appoint credit bureau for carrying out the acts mentioned in or in relation to rendering its services and hereby consent to share his account related information, reports issued by such credit bureau to any such parties for various Regulatory and other purposes except the Credit Information Report which will be shared to LKP.

9. LKP will provide the DP statement as per the SEBI requirement.

10. LKP will share the email ID with the RTA and capture the default mode as electronic for receiving Annual reports.

11. Dividend/interest will be received directly into the client's bank account through ECS.

12. I do not want to opt for BSDA and I wish to open normal account with you.

13. LKP offers a free AMC tariff structure for the first year and Rs. 500 plus taxes from the second year onwards. As such, the account will be opened under the free AMC tariff instead of BSDA to extend the benefit. BSDA eligibility will be reassessed after completion of one year on a month-on-month basis.

14. I/We hereby consent to sharing my/our masked Aadhaar card with readable QR code or my Aadhaar XML/Digilocker XML file, along with passcode and as applicable, with KRA and other Intermediaries with whom I have a business relationship for KYC purposes only.

15. I/we authorize LKP Securities Ltd. to operate my/our Beneficial owner account in a manner hereinafter appearing and subject to conditions as provided herein.

16. I/We authorize to execute the Consent Letter and have read, understood and hereby agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the scheme related documents.

17. By submitting the above I hereby allow LKP Securities Ltd. to capture my PAN details from NSDL PAN site. I hereby authorize LKP Securities Ltd. to fetch my details and open my account through KRA/CKYC/Digilocker.
